We have created a list of common questions in regards to our CTR rings. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us; if you have a question you can't find the answer to here, please contact us.

Delivery Time - How long will it take to get my ring?
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Approximate US Mail delivery times are: Utah: 1-4 business days, Mountain States: 2-6 business days, Pacific States: 4-7 business days, Eastern States: 6-10 business days, International: 1-2 weeks. Exchanges - What if I received my ring and it doesn't fit?
No problem. This is very common for us. As a courtesy to our customers, we offer free size (or style) exchanges at no additional charge. For faster processing, we work directly with the manufacturers for exchanges. To exchange a ring for a different size, print and fill out our Ring Exchange Form and follow the 5 easy steps.

Ring Size - What if I don't know my ring size?
Follow the detailed instructions on our ring size chart to find the size that fits best. If you're getting a ring as a gift for someone and want to surprise them, find a ring that might fit them (casually of course, don't give it away!) and place the ring on a circle on our sizing chart to find the size. For most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger sized; you can even do this at your local Wal-Mart.

Damaged Ring - What if I received my ring and it is defective or damaged?
We'll replace it for you, free of charge. High-quality products is one of our top priorities. However, some items with defects may slip through the cracks, or sometimes products can be damaged in the shipping process. If this is the case with your order, simply use our Ring Exchange Form to send your ring back. In the "Notes" section, make note that your ring was received defective or damaged and we'll send a replacement immediately for no additional charge.

Missing Ring - I ordered 2 (or more) rings and only received one, where is the other?
In order to provide faster delivery, and the highest quality direct from our two manufacturers, our rings ship straight from the source. Orders with rings from separate manufacturers usually arrive within a couple days of each other.

International Orders - Do you ship to other countries?
Of course - we love serving members in other countries! We ship our rings primarily to the United States, Canada, American Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and European countries. All foreign orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped standard air mail. With rings shipped to other countries, we can not guarantee a delivery date. Retail Location - Can I come see the rings and buy one locally?
We have a small showroom and a warehouse full of great product located in Orem, Utah where items can be purchased and orders can be picked up; please call ahead for availability. With all will-call orders, we will send an email with hours and directions when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Order - Can I pick up a ring?
We allow will call orders by special request. All will call orders are subject to product availability. Please contact us if you have any questions, or would like to place a will call order.

Allergies - What is the metal content of your sterling silver rings?
Our rings are made of 95.5% silver, 3% copper, and 0.5% misc. metals. If you have allergies to silver, we have quite the selection of stainless steel, gold and even a couple titanium rings.

Money Order - Can I place an order using a check or money order?
Absolutely. Just send us the rings you would like (name and SKU), the size of each ring, and a check payable to: "Latter Day Products" for the total (include any shipping costs, and an additional 6.75% sales tax for Utah orders) to: 31 N 1330 W, Orem, UT 84057. Any order paid for by check will not ship until the check is cleared, which is approximately one week after the check is received.
